Our Wishlist:

Our Closet currently has an especially high need for:

  • Men’s clothing
  • Plus size adult clothing
  • Clothing/shoe racks
  • Mirrors
  • Storage bins/baskets
  • Canvas shopping bags
  • 30 gallon garbage bags
  • Shipping labels
  • Rubberbands

If possible, when gathering items to donate to Our Closet, please consider placing the items in plastic trash bags that tie at the top. These items should be placed in a bag according to gender, season and size. For example, women’s small summer, men’s large winter, boys 0-5 years old fall/winter, toddler girl spring). Then please place a label on the outside to identify the contents. If you cannot bag and tag this way or your items are already bagged and not pre-sorted, Our Closet will accept these donations and sort on premises.

Donate Money

If you do not have clothing or time to donate, but would like to support our efforts, please consider making a gift to Our Closet. We rely on financial contributions to keep our operations running.

Our Closet is a 501(c)3 Corporation, so your donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We suggest you check with a tax advisor to verify the tax deductibility of your gift. Our Closet is exempt from Federal income tax as described in section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The official registration and financial information of Our Closet may be obtained from The Pennsylvania Department of State. Registration does not imply endorsement.

Donate Time

Our Closet is a volunteer-driven, community-based organization. The clothing we distribute is entirely donated, and we rely on the support of volunteers to help collect and sort clothing, as well as to help run the pop-up. There are a number of ways to get involved–check out our Get Involved page for more information on how.
