Donate Clothing

To sustain our operations, Our Closet relies on:

Clothing Donations

Financial Support

Corporate, School and Community Partnerships

Each month this page will be updated with our current high needs and which items we do not need. Please keep this in mind when donating.

When donating clothing and accessories to Our Closet, please remember our standard of excellence. We do not accept any clothing that is dirty, stained, torn or overly worn. Please make sure all donations are clean and packed in plastic bags with labels indicating the size and items inside. Please label, if possible, according to our 10 first-level sort categories:

• Men’s Bottoms

• Women’s Tops

• Women’s Bottoms

• Women’s Dresses & Skirts

400 South State Road, Springfield, PA 19064
By appointment only. Please call 267-256-2179 to schedule.

Directions to warehouse:

If you are using a navigation device, please enter the 400 South State Road address and not our organization name, and please make sure you specify Springfield, PA.

We are in the Marple Crossroads Shopping Center in the old PetSmart store that is on the right side of the center, a few doors to the left of the Old Navy and in between SportsClips and Dress Barn. When you make a right into the main entrance of the shopping center off of State Road (you’ll stay to the right to avoid entering the highway and follow the “Shopping Center” signs), you’ll make the first right after entering and our warehouse is right on that side.

If you have any questions about a donation, or need to arrange a drop-off time, please contact us by email, at info@ourclosetpa.org or by phone at 267-256-2179.

Due to capacity and organizational sustainability, Our Closet may cycle a small portion of clothing donations to other providers for a small profit to be invested back into Our Closet program delivery.

UPDATE: We are currently planning two pop-up shops for the month of September. Check back here and on our social media channels (@ourclosetpa) for dates. We will post them as soon as they are scheduled. All in need are welcome to shop at our pop-up shops, and, as always, shopping will be first-come, first-serve with limits on the amount of people who can shop at one time. Due to rising COVID-19 rates and the prevalence of the Delta variant, we recommend all shoppers get vaccinated, and all will be required to wear a mask over the mouth and nose and observe all safety instructions.

If you or a client of yours is in urgent need of clothing, we have an emergency clothing program for which you or the client may qualify. Please contact us at JFCS' Care Navigation line, 866-532-7669, if you are seeking emergency services, and you will be sent a form to fill out. Please remember this program is for emergencies only.
